  • The QT team determined showing is better than telling and put together a guided media tour led by experts and caregivers.
  • The team identified key media influencers in CHI’s market area to invite on the tour.
  • The team worked with Virtual Hospital spokespeople to tell a compelling story about how CHI Franciscan Health leveraged technology to improve patient care and lower costs.

THE RESULTS

  • 11 stories including 2 broadcast radio pieces on NPR and KOMO, plus additional story pickups in local and national trade publications
  • 1 evergreen owned story developed by a QT reporter
