Stepping Into The Spotlight

Today, the Quinn Thomas team was honored to receive two awards from the Portland chapter of the Portland Relations Society of America (PRSA). The awards were shared with our clients at the Oregon Bankers Association and Walmart for our collaborative work helping them advance complex communications challenges.

For our work helping expand the Walmart brand in Oregon – including building an extensive network of local, community-based outreach strategies – our team received an Award of Merit for excellence in community relations. In addition, our close partnership with the Oregon Bankers Association was honored with one of the coveted Spotlight Awards for outstanding work in public affairs.

Increasingly, we have focused our business on integrated public relations projects. This was our first “at bat” in receiving recognition for our work from the leading national PR industry organization. It was an honor to be among many of Oregon’s top-tier public relations firms – including Edelman, LANE PR, and Maxwell PR Studio – in receiving these awards.
